The orders
Twelve conversations, three of them unanswered. Someone asked for Saturday and you cannot find the message. You copy an address into a note, and hope.
Every order arrives written for you, in one place, ready to confirm.
For home bakers and small food makers · anywhere WhatsApp works
Without hiring a developer.
Your orders live in WhatsApp threads. Your stock lives in your head. Your profit is a guess. I build the system that fixes all three — and I run it for you, every day.
You didn't start baking to do admin
Twelve conversations, three of them unanswered. Someone asked for Saturday and you cannot find the message. You copy an address into a note, and hope.
Every order arrives written for you, in one place, ready to confirm.
You said yes to four cakes and you are not sure about the butter. You count in your head at midnight. Once a month, you find out at 6 a.m. that you cannot bake.
Stock comes off by itself, and the app tells you what runs out first.
Money came in this month, so it went well. Probably. You have never taken the flour, the boxes and the driver out of the number and looked at what is left.
Real profit, and what is actually in the bank, on your phone.
Not a demo. Not a template.
Every part of this was shaped by real orders, real customers and real mistakes — at a home bakery that runs on it every single day. Nothing here was built for a portfolio.

automated checks
Run before every release. A wrong number is caught in testing, not in your bank account.
Every day
in real use
At a registered home bakery in Doha, Qatar, on this exact system — orders, stock, accounts.
30 days
or your fee back
The guarantee is written down, not implied. Live within 30 days of your materials, or you do not pay setup.
Nothing
for you to maintain
No server to restart, no plugin to update, no bill from a hosting company. That is my job.

01
Customers see what is genuinely available today, choose, and send the order as one WhatsApp message. No cart nobody uses, no account to create, no app to install.
02
Every order lands in your schedule, ready to accept in one tap. Stock moves by itself. A full day closes itself on the site, so you never overcommit.
03
True profit, what is actually left in the bank, and what will run out before it does. Two numbers when you are busy, everything underneath when you are not.
From her phone to your oven
Five steps. Two of them are yours, and they take one tap each. Nothing in between needs you.
On your site. She sees only the days and times you can actually bake for — full days are already closed.
The order opens in her WhatsApp, already written: products, quantities, delivery zone, total.
As a WhatsApp message, and as a card in your schedule. If the second ever fails, the first still arrives.
One tap. The customer record, the schedule entry and the sale are created together. Stock comes off.
The way you already do. No card gateway, no commission, no platform between you and her.
WhatsApp is what makes the sale, always. The rest saves you the typing — and if any of it ever breaks, the order still reaches you.

The part nobody else gives you
Built for someone who has never used business software, on a phone, with flour on their hands. Six tabs along the bottom, and that is the whole thing.
Built for the way you already sell
Your customers are already in WhatsApp. They ask questions there, they send their address there, they change their mind there. So that is where the order goes — written for them, ready to send.
The single biggest reason people abandon a small food site.
No commission on every order, no chargebacks, no approval to wait for.
Nothing to integrate locally. If WhatsApp works, this works.
The relationship stays yours. That is what brings her back.
Same system, different kitchen
The bakery it was built for sells in Qatari riyals, delivers across Doha by its own driver, bakes six days a week and closes on Friday. None of that is baked into the system — it is set up, once, for each client.

Your ordering site is live within 30 days of me receiving your menu, prices and photos. If it is not, I refund the setup fee in full. No small print.
Not when you say yes. The 30 days count from the day your menu, prices, photos, delivery zones, hours, WhatsApp number and currency are all in my hands. I tell you the exact day it starts.
Never before. You do not pay a monthly fee for a site that is still being built.
Your site on its address, your products with your prices, and an order placed on it landing in your WhatsApp, pre-filled. Not a preview link.
I would rather tell you now than after you've paid
Asked before you ask it
No — never both. There are two payments, and only two. The setup fee, paid once when we start. Then the subscription, which is either €79 every month OR €790 once a year — and €790 is ten months' worth, so paying yearly gives you two months free. You choose one or the other. The pricing page shows the first-year total both ways.
It depends on two things: your level — Foundation is the quickest, Signature the longest, because more is built around you — and how complete your materials are when they reach me. So I do not quote a generic delay. The day I have your seven items, I give you your go-live date in writing, and it is never more than 30 days. If I miss it, the setup fee comes back.
Keep it. We start at Operations and build the back office behind what you already have — the app, the stock, the sales. If one day you want the ordering site too, it is there.
No. If your customers use WhatsApp, it works. There is no payment integration and no marketplace approval, so there is nothing country-specific to block you. Your setup is in your currency and your time zone.
Your data is yours: products, recipes, customers, orders, sales history, photos, texts. You can export all of it at any time, and I hand it over completely if you leave. The system itself — the site engine and the app — stays mine; you use it as long as you subscribe, like any software service. That is what makes it possible to keep running and improving it for everyone on it.
Tell me about your business and I will help you pick the right level. Thirty minutes, free, no pitch. You get a written recommendation afterwards.
